Requirement for partnership is a CQC rating of 'Good' or 'Outstanding'.

Priority Allocation: Receive notifications for new properties and first refusal on developments before they reach the wider market.

Complete Maintenance Oversight: Our in-house team handles 100% of repairs and maintenance , ensuring a safe environment without the operational burden.

Compliance & Safety: We manage all property-related regulations and certifications to ensure your buildings are always compliant.

Administrative Support: We assist with local housing claims and provide easy-read contracts to simplify transitions for your service users.

Operational Personalisation: We work directly with your Registered Managers to tailor our property approach. We adapt the environment to suit your specific care service model and the individual traits, sensory needs, or physical requirements of the care recipients.

The Selection & Priority Process

Initial Assessment: When you enquire, we review your current CQC standing as we only partner with care providers that demonstrate consistent excellence and operational alignment with our CIC goals.

Shortlist Integration: If your service meets our standards, you are added to our regional or national shortlist.

Priority Property Access: Once on the shortlist, you are given first refusal on new property developments. We prioritise our shortlisted partners for all upcoming properties , ensuring you have the property foundation to expand your service safely.
